Kautilya Mura can see the area adjacent to the Comilla cantonment about 3 miles north of Shalvan Bihar. Mura is also known as Kutila Mura. The structure and construction of this mura differ from other parts. Due to the opening of the mud, 3 stumps are exposed. These three stupas represent three symbols of Buddhism. Due to these 3 stupas, Mura is also known as Trishna Buddhist Vihara. There are three symbols - Buddha or knowledge, religion or justice and association or discipline. This type of monastery is one in the subcontinent. A rounded small room was built in the center of the central plinth of Mura. There were 8 more rooms around this central room. These rooms were built by brick walls. Terracotta and clay made stools, seals and stone sculptures were found in the rooms. It is believed that this site may be from 7th century AD or even earlier. And it was used until the 13th century.
